The Death Empire is looking for Loyal and Skilled players to take on the roles of Masters, Knights, Champions, etc. and be granted admin power. king

The Death Empire is also looking forward to setting up a Council full of also loyal, skilled and wise players.

Goals:
1. Have at least 4 active, skilled, loyal, mature, and wise players in the council.

2. Set up a date to have at least one dE meeting each week (this meeting is for: Emperor/Co-L/Council)
